Terms & Conditions 

Cancelation & Refund Schedule:

• More Than 90 Days before tour departure: All but $100 cancellation fee

• 61-90 Days before tour departure: 75% of trip price

• 31-60 Days before tour departure: 50% of trip price

• 30 Days or Less before tour departure: No Refunds

 

The cancellation fee policy will take effect once book your trip.

 

No refund will be given for any portions of the tour unused by the traveler after tour has started regardless of circumstances.

 

We cannot make exceptions to this policy for any reason including personal emergencies,

unexpected weather, natural disasters or terrorism.

 

Surf & Trips also reserves the right to cancel any trip using our discretion if the safety of our travelers or staff should be compromised. In the event of cancellation, Surf & Trips is not responsible for any loss incurred for non-refundable travel costs. In this case, refund of payments received by Surf & Trips will constitute full and final settlement.

 

If additional participants join while the trip is in progress, the pricing for additional people is

discretionary to Surf & Trips.
